Quick question: is there such a thing as a 20/20 Wand or 20/20 1-handed caster weapon?

no there is a 20 wand but not a 20/20,although there are focuses like that,and the wand and focus stack i think.

Collector wands only have one mod, but technically a 20/20 wand can exist as a rare drop. Such an item would be priceless.

WHOA, that % on the wand >stacks< with focus? So a 20/20 focus and a 20 wand can stack as a 40/20?

Yes I read that they do affect each other, but I'm not sure what the specific of the mechanics are, like whether they truly stack (ie 40% chance of recharge), or you get 2 shots at 20%. Hopefully someone else can answer your question fully.

It checks twice at 20%, and they effect each other, so you have a 64% chance of a normal cast, a 32% chance of a fast cast, and a 4% chance of a super fast cast.
